“Liberace is the only Las Vegas icon whose jewels have gone on display at the Paris Museum of Modern Art or Monte Carlo Fashion Week. He is the only Las Vegas icon whose costumes have been exhibited at the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Met Gala.

“We, the Board of the County Commissioners of Clark County, Nevada, do hereby celebrate the legacy of Liberace on what would be his 100th birthday this year and congratulate the Liberace Foundation on its continued good work in his name.”
