In a meeting of the Clark County Planning Commission, the name of a major thoroughfare in Las Vegas was approved for name change, from Karen Avenue to Liberace Avenue, marking a tremendous victory for the Liberace Foundation.
Licensing of his image has led to appearances in TV shows and movies such as “Blade Runner 2049” in which Liberace shows up as a holographic performer in – where else? – a Las Vegas casino.
“I thought it was going to happen for Chloe sooner than it did has, just based off who she is,” said Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, recalling how her personality endeared her to the Liberace estate.
