In Las Vegas, Liberace lived and performed most between Maryland Parkway and Paradise Road.
Now, much of the thoroughfare that connects those two major streets, running along side the site of his longest running residency at the Las Vegas Hilton (now the Westgate Resort), is named for Liberace.
The Liberace Foundation extends special thanks to Commissioners Ross Miller and Tick Segerblom, who championed the effort at the Clark County.
The photo of the sign will be exhibited with the Liberace Museum Collection Tour, and the story of the long journey of the street naming finally reaching success, will now be a permanent part of the narrative.
Fantastic and so well deserved!
