The Wiseguy Speaker Series of The Mob Museum in Las Vegas will host the Liberace Foundation for a presentation and exhibit entitled “Liberace and the Mob: Who Played Whom?” by Jonathan Warren. The presentation takes place February 9, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
Chronicling the largely unknown incidents of three of Liberace’s run-ins with the New York, Chicago and Las Vegas Mobs, Life-long Las Vegas local and Liberace Foundation Chairman Jonathan Warren will discuss the blackmails, thefts and FBI case files of Mr. Showmanship. Warren will also discuss his being tapped as an expert witness to an ongoing Chicago Mob case.
Astonishingly shrewd reactions and clever action by Liberace and his entourage, bolstered by the power of his spotlight and a healthy dose of humor, make for a fascinating, at times hilarious narrative shedding light on a newly developed exhibit by Liberace Foundation team members Andreas Sparkuhl, Billy Marino, Dallas Rieber and Diana Cosio.
Tickets available from The Mob Museum.
