Board votes to purchase two tables at legendary Princess Grace Foundation event as part of annual giving campaign

The records of the Liberace Foundation reflect a 1978 Performance by Liberace for Her Serene Highness Princess Grace of Monaco.  Liberace was certainly a regular in Monaco, performing for weeks on end to packed houses.  He often cited Monte Carlo as the inspiration for the design of his Las Vegas home.

The mission statement of the Princess Grace Foundation is very similar to that of the Liberace Foundation.  The Princess Grace Foundation also presents The Princess Grace Awards annually, showcasing new talent in theater, dance and film at an elegant event.  The Liberace Foundation plans to launch the Liberace Awards in 2015, as the finals of a talent and showmanship competition.

The Liberace Foundation has purchased two tables at the Princess Grace Awards, as that part of its 2014 giving campaign focused on theater, dance and film.  Twenty Liberace Foundation supporters will join the Hollywood and Monte Carlo ‘A list” of guests for a sumptuous evening at the Beverly Wilshire, in the Presence of Their Serene Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Monaco.
