The Month of Christmas Jerry Goldberg, Manager Archives & Special Events

December was Liberace’s favorite month of the year because of Christmas. He said in his book "The Wonderful Private World of Liberace” that "No matter how poor we were when I was growing up, we managed to have a wonderful Christmas, and so it’s always been a very special time for me. The tinsel, the glitter, the lights, the decorations: it’s almost as if the whole world has become a fantastic, month-long production number. Everybody seems filled with love and in such high spirits. During that season, you can really believe there’s peace on earth and good will toward men.”
